Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and verify eligibility.
Refund Issued
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Wallet Credits
In some cases, we may offer a wallet credit instead of a refund to your payment method. Wallet credits are applied instantly and can be used toward any future eSIMgo purchase. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your account.
Disputes & Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension pending investigation.
