Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied. If something isn't right, here's how refunds work.

eSIM plan purchased but QR code not yet scanned or installed
eSIM plan that failed to activate due to a technical issue on our end
Duplicate purchase made in error
Service significantly different from what was described at purchase

Not Eligible

eSIM has been installed on a device (QR code scanned)
eSIM has connected to a network and consumed data
More than 30 days have passed since purchase
eSIM was purchased as a gift and has been redeemed
Account was terminated due to violation of Terms of Service

How to Request a Refund

Email support@esimgo.com with your order number and reason for the refund request.

Step 02

Review Process

Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours and verify eligibility.

Step 03

Refund Issued

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Wallet Credits

In some cases, we may offer a wallet credit instead of a refund to your payment method. Wallet credits are applied instantly and can be used toward any future eSIMgo purchase. Wallet top-ups are non-refundable once credited to your account.

Disputes & Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We aim to resolve all issues quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in account suspension pending investigation.
