By accessing or using eSIMgo's website, mobile application, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

eSIMgo provides digital eSIM products that enable mobile data connectivity in 190+ countries. Our services include: • Sale of prepaid eSIM data plans • QR code delivery for eSIM activation • Account management and data usage tracking • Customer support for eSIM-related inquiries We act as a reseller of eSIM profiles provided by third-party mobile network operators. Coverage, speed, and availability depend on local network infrastructure and are not guaranteed in all locations.

To use eSIMgo, you must: • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent • Have an eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked device • Provide accurate registration information • Maintain the security of your account credentials You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

All prices are displayed in USD and include applicable fees. Payment is required at the time of purchase. • eSIM plans are delivered digitally via QR code to your email and dashboard • Plans activate upon first network connection at your destination • Data allowances and validity periods are as described at the time of purchase • Unused data does not carry over after the plan validity expires • Each QR code is single-use and non-transferable We accept major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers.

eSIMgo provides data-only eSIM services. Voice calls and SMS are not included but can be used through VoIP applications over your data connection. We are not liable for: • Service interruptions caused by local network operators • Device compatibility issues • Data loss or inability to connect due to factors outside our control • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific eSIM plan in question. Network speeds (4G/5G) depend on local infrastructure and device capability.

You agree not to: • Use our services for any unlawful purpose • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit eSIM plans without authorization • Attempt to circumvent technical limitations or security measures • Use automated systems to purchase plans in bulk • Interfere with or disrupt our services or servers Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
